Important Socio-Ec Data Report Revision

Based on your feedback, we’ve revised Socio-Ec Data Report. Some state DOTs do not use CEQ threshold analysis to identify EJ populations. The Socio-Ec Data Report has been revised so that planners from these states can use the report. If your state uses CEQ threshold analysis or if you have any comments about the revision, we are all ears.
