Updated Adult Literacy Data

The LEP Baseline Report was updated to include percentages of adults lacking Basic Prose Literacy Skills based on the 2003 National Assessment of Adult Literacy. In the words of Maya Angelou: “My mother said I must always be intolerant of ignorance but understanding of illiteracy. That some people, unable to go to school, were more educated and more intelligent than college professors.”
