Introduction

This webpage evaluates the social, economic, and environmental impacts resulting from replacing traditional NEPA data gathering techniques with Cubit Planning's Baseline Reports^©. Free Cubit Planning LEP Baseline Reports and Free EJ Estimators are currently available for all 50 States and Washington DC.

Purpose and Need

• The purpose of Cubit Baseline Reports is to simplify the NEPA process.
• The need for Cubit Baseline Reports is because NEPA technical requirements are growing more complex (indirect and cumulative impacts anyone?). By using the Baseline Reports to complete the routine tasks of pulling data, formatting charts, and even writing summaries, you can focus on addressing the increasingly complex NEPA requirements.

A. Socio-Economics

Currently, Cubit Planning offers two free Socio-Economic products—LEP Baseline Report and EJ Estimator. We will be releasing a paid Socio-Economic Report in the future.

B. Other

Cubit Planning is considering releasing tools for biological resources, land use including parklands, historic or archeological resources, Waters of the U.S., air quality, and transportation conformity.

Conclusion

The social, economic, and environmental impacts resulting from replacing traditional NEPA data gathering techniques with Cubit Planning's Baseline Reports are all positive and substantial.
